If partying to the early morn is your thing… the venue (previously Friday’s) is one of the few in Mooloolaba to have a 3am license! It is renowned nation wide as being the party pad of the coast for the past 18 years, a reputation not to be taken lightly.
Wharf Tavern’s famous Saturday nights are nothing short of a festival experience. With 2 bands downstairs and DJ upstairs in the nightclub, there is something for everyone. Thousands of people gather at the venue to celebrate the weekend and dance the night away in true coast style.

The River Bar
The River Lounge is comfortable and stylish; inviting you to sit back with a cool drink and let your worries melt away. Modern light fixtures gently illuminate the bar and lounge areas, allowing your eyes to wander and soak up the rest of the scene.
The River Bar and Lounge can be air-conditioned on those steamy summer days, or opened up to make the most of the cross ventilation and water breezes. Plasma screen TVs and connection points also make it a popular choice for conferences and parties. |

The Courtyard Bar
Situated at the entrance of the Wharf Tavern is a massive outdoor covered area and bar known as the Courtyard. Featuring 3 pool tables, long timber benches with stools and several tables, the Courtyard Bar is bright, spacious and laid-back - a place where groups of friends come meet and enjoy a night of sport, video games and laughter. |

The Bistro Bar
From this classy and spacious area you can savor the sparkling river views by day and the twinkling lights of awesome riverfront homes at night.
Sliding glass doors span the length of the restaurant and open completely to invite the outside, in. The WT Char Bistro boasts a modern Australian menu and the Char section is a must. |

The Public Bar
The Public Bar is the venue's `best kept secret'. Inside, the spacious bar is fresh and inviting with stylish timber framed glass stacker windows that open completely.

The Gaming Room
Complete with 40 of the latest gaming machines and open until 3am, the Gaming Room is tucked away behind glass sliding doors adjacent to the River Lounge.
Promotions take place on a daily basis and there is always a wonderful supply of complimentary filter coffee and morning tea.
The Gaming Room is very well ventilated, and has its own bar facilities.

Wharf Tavern Nightclub
WHERE THE PARTY’S AT!
Come play at the coasts favourite party pad. With space for over 450 people, upstairs (formally Friday’s) is jam packed full of good times every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday night.
The club has recently been given the go head to be refurbished during the coming months. Over half a million dollars has been allocated to give the club the best sound and lighting system on the Sunshine Coast!
The club often has regular special guests travel up to the coast to play exclusively at our venue… including, BABY GEE, THE STAFFORD BROTHERS, NINO BROWN, GROOVE TERMINTOR to name but a few.
Our resident DJ’s represent the Crème de la crème of coast musicians playing the latest in dance music as well as the classics get the crowd goin’.

HANJA has been at the venue for the past 7 years and when behind the decks, he can be garunteed to get the crowd going.
He loves what he does and that passion comes through his exciting and dynamic sets.
“There is no better high than hearing that cheer you get from the dance floor when you drop a big tune, be it the latest Club Anthem or a Retro Classic, it is the same feeling”.

DJ Jarrod
After starting to DJ full time at the tender age of 17 Jarrod has grown to become one of Australia’s most sought after, dynamic young DJs.
He has performed Australia wide and has grown his company Atmosphere DJs to be one of the most recommended services in Australia.
